ABSTRACT Profesional teacher is demanded to own good work in educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, and evaluating students. Microcosmics approach can be described that teachers’ work depend on the teachers’ ability and dedication in one side and motivation and hard effort from the students in other side. In teaching process the teacher must be able to motivate the students’ enthusiasm to learn, from good learning culture and increase quality of learning result. In this research is questioned how contribution of teacher’s work, learning process quality and student’s learning culture to learning result quality in context valuation / estimate based on class in Senior High School and Islamic Senior High School Plus Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya city. The purpose of this research is to know high-low contribution of teacher’s work to learning process quality, learning culture, and learning result quality. Hypothesis proposed, significantly there are contributions of teacher’s work to learning process quality and student’s learning culture to learning result quality in context valuation/estimate based on class in Senior High School and Islamic Senior High School Plus Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya city. This research is held by using descriptive and quantitative method. To collect date the writer uses questionnaire, interview, library/document research, and observation. The result of research indicates that contribution of teacher’s work to learning process quality is showed by mark/grade 44 %. Grade correlation 0,66, hypothesis shows that there is contribution of teacher’s to learning process quality is acceptable. Contribution of teacher’s work to learning culture is showed by grade 37 %. By correlation grade 0,60, shows that there is contribution of teacher’s work to learning result quality is acceptable. Contribution of teacher’s work to learning result quality is showed by assumption that there is increase 47 %. Correlation grade 0,69 shows that there is contribution of learning process quality to learning culture. Contribution of teaching process quality to learning culture is showed by grade 67 %. Correlation grade 0,73. Hypothesis that shows that there is contribution learning process quality to learning result quality is acceptable. Contribution of teaching process quality to learning result quality is showed by grade 77 %. By correlation grade 0,77 hypothesis that shows contribution of learning culture to learning result quality can be showed. Contribution of learning culture to learning result quality is showed by grade 88% correlation indext 0,80 shows that there is acceptance to alternative hypothesis that shows that therenis contribution to learning result quality. Based on analysis result by using t test is known that significantly there is contribution teacher’s work to learning process quality, learning culture and learning result quality.
